Anti Span error

I see this error on my site. I deactivated CleanTalk’s Anti-spam feature because it shows an error at the top of the page and has deformed the design.
I send the error here:

Hello @sepidehungex,

Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin:
- WordPress Admin Page → Plugins → Installed plugins → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Deactivate and Delete.
- Then install it anew, the guide is here: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress
After that refresh your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.

It will solve the issue. Did it help? Also, could you tell me your PHP version?

I did what you have told me, but same error. My PHP version is 8.2.27.
What shall I do next?
