any plugin for category author?

im need category_author table column like as post_author. But i didnt find any plugin that produce that info.

if one of author creates named “sample category” then plugin have to assing category_id to author_id as linked automatically (not by admin permission manually). your offered plugin doesnt make this (i used previously). maybe i have to check wpmu .
