Any way to write custom errors

    Hello

    I would like to intercept errors from MailChimp where the user has been deleted and instead of the message “Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later” I would like to show a different message.

    Is there any way to do that?

    The error from MailChimp is: “Forgotten Email Not Subscribed. user*******@email**.is was permanently deleted and cannot be re-imported”

    You can change the error messages under MailChimp for WP > Form > Messages. However, this can only overwrite the default messages and not really capture the specific error from MailChimp.
