ANyone having issues switching language ?

    Hi,

    My website is set correctly to fr_CA, the language files (.po and .mo) are in the folder and the option in JS HELP DESK says it’s downloaded (verified by looking with FileZilla)… The french translation just do not show up!!!

    Any ideas of resolution??

    I tried renaming my french translation for another one, nope!

    GTranslate is able to switch the language in Spanish but French not showing… (weird)

    Any help will be welcome!

    Hi,

    Copy

    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/js-support-ticket-fr_FR.po

    ../wp-content/plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/js-support-ticket-fr_FR.mo

    Paste both files in

    ../wp-content/languages/plugin/

    Rename both file names

    js-support-ticket-fr_FR.po to js-support-ticket-fr_CA.po

    js-support-ticket-fr_FR.mo to js-support-ticket-fr_CA.mo

    Check your site, it will be in the French.
