AO doesn’t aggregate and minify css/js

    Dear support,

    I’ve just installed autoptimize plugin, enabled all necessary options but it doesn’t work at all – it doesn’t aggregate and minify my css/js, they’re loaded separately as is.

    Any ideas why it might happen? Any logs or any other debug info that I can check?

    Details:
    Plugin version: 2.7.3
    WP version: 5.4.2

    I cannot because it’s on my local machine only, other environments available only inside VPN.

    Few more details:
    1. I have also plugin W3 Total Cache installed, however AO doesn’t work when it’s enabled nor disabled
    2. In the Network tab I see /wp-content/cache/autoptimize/css/autoptimize_7ec545eb34631c033682702695243f09.css, however it includes only 3 of 26 css files

    likely a conflict with plugin and/or theme; test with all other plugins disabled and with a default twenty-xyz theme and then one by one enable plugins/ switch to your own theme and test each time?

    Management decided not to investigate this problem further so we just decided to use w3tc plugin which we have already installed.
