    Recently ran into this issue on my site:

    AWeberAPIException:

    Type: APIUnreachableError
    Msg : Unable to connect to the AWeber API. ()

    I’ve reauthorized but the error won’t go away. I see the plugin was updated 2 weeks ago so I’m hoping someone sees this.

    Any solutions?

    I’m sorry to hear about this. I have been able to replicate this and opened an issue on GitHub for our developers to look into, however, I do not have an ETA of when this will fixed.

    Hi @adsmedia

    I apologize about the issue you are facing, there have been reports of the API not authenticating correctly and we patched it to stop a total fatal error.

    We are still investigating this issue further to determine the root cause as it’s only affecting _some_ sites from what we can tell at this point in time.

    Can you tell me if your site is a local site or a live hosted site?

    @adsmedia Please can you also reach out to Aweber support to see if there is any more information they may provide regarding any errors they might be able to see on your account from their end?

    I had a similar issue on my account in the past, which cleared up recently (no changes were done from my end to either my Aweber account or the plugin).

    Please let me know if you’re still having issues to authenticate.

    @andrewza This is a live hosted site. It had been running this plugin for years without issue.

    I checked this morning and it seems to be working again fine now. So not sure who did what to fix it, but it does seem to be working again now!
