    Hi @brunoflavorexp,

Thanks for contacting us! The 999 error occurs when the WordPress encryption keys on your site have been changed, usually either from migrating the site to a new server or using a security plugin that periodically changes these keys. We have a guide here that walks through steps you can take to prevent this from occurring: https://smashballoon.com/doc/error-999-access-token-could-not-be-decrypted/

After you’ve followed the steps in that guide, you’ll also need to reconnect the Instagram accounts with these steps:

    1. Please go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings
    2. Remove the connected account(s) by clicking the red trash icon.
    3. Click the Add Source button. You will be sent to our connection site.
    4. Select the Business Basic or Business Advanced connection type and go through the connection process again.
    5. For any existing feeds, go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > All Feeds, edit the feed, go to Settings > Sources, click Edit Sources, ensure the reconnected account is added here, click Update, and Save the feed.

I hope this helps! Please let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks!
    Louis
