    Hi there,

    Given that these all older and only related to trying to check for and update potential account information, these are able to be disregarded at the moment. Nothing needing to have addressed at this time.

    Hello. This error log was generated yesterday. I am trying to include a form on my website that, when filled out, does two things: (1) populates the person’s email address to a specific ConstantContact distribution list, and (2) sends the response form to me by email. Currently, neither of these functions is working. When I complete the form on the newly-created page, the only thing I see is an error code that pops up briefly. It reads “API call failed. Server return status 400.” And then it re-directs to the URL I put as the next page after submission of the form.

    In terms of the error log above, those are all from June to October, of 2021. So at least those parts are able to be disregarded.

    However, you provide new information and issues.

    Is this auto-filling occurring for everyone who tries, and is it always the same information ?

    Do you have a link we can see the form at?

    The plugin, by default is supposed to send an email notification, and if a list is chosen, should also add that person to that list. The email notification part can be disabled via settings.
