API Call Failure

    I am getting this error during paypal testing of the free version of the booking system:
    error:14094410:SSL routines:SSL3_READ_BYTES:sslv3 alert handshake failureExpress check out API call failed.

    API keys are all correct with Paypal and the booking system.

    I have tried to update the file dopbsp-paypal.php like some other threads hinted at and still got the same error.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
