The API Communication Error is a general error unfortunately so I need some more information in order help out.
In order to troubleshoot can you please send me your Facebook email and Facebook page id?
You can find the Facebook Page ID by clicking about on the Facebook page (it is on the right side).
If you can get a screenshot of the error that would be very helpful.
