    API Connection Status Error in parsing request XML:Error: Datatype error: In element ‘Password’ : Value ‘…..secret id….’ with length ’39’ exceeds maximum length facet of ’20’.. at line 9, column 66

    Please Help me out how to resolve this issue.
    i am facing this in both cases when i enter client ID and Secret ID

    Hello @ahsan12911,

    This error says there is some problem with your password and/or site id. Please make sure you add the proper credentials for the production API, not the test API – it’s important if you have not marked the Test Credentials in the settings! Also, please remember that the credentials to the DHL Express API in our plugin are different than logging in to this website: https://xmlportal.dhl.com/login

    If you will still experience this issue, please contact DHL Express support because probably something is wrong with your account.
