Which WordPress version are you using? Did you try disabling other plugins on your site? Did this start happening after an update? Which version did you use before? And please provide a screenshot of the page with the error message. Which page do you mean when you say “open the plug in”?

I just updated to wp 4.3.perhaps that was the issue. So after reading your post I disabled other plugins on my site, uninstalled FVP and re-installed it and it is working again.
What had happened was the video’s disappeared and only the coding was left visible on the web pages.
It all seems resolved now. Sorry for my poor description of my issue, however, your advice seemed to resolve the issue.
