    Hello,

    I created an account at https://panel.fastevo.com/sign-in

    My account dashboard said, “To activate your organization, you need to complete the KYC verification process. Please schedule a kick-off meeting by clicking the following link: Schedule Kick-off Meeting.”

    On my dashboard, I used “Schedule Kick-off Meeting” to schedule meeting for May/14: first for 6AM Pacific and again for 1PM Pacific. However, both times, no one from Fastevo joined the Google Meet call.

    Could you please confirm how I should complete the KYC verification and obtain an API key?
