no, my question was if I can use the plugin but having a business account with deutsche post, not with DHL. I use warenpost from deutsche post.
I read in your plugin that I need the EKP and the API credentials.
I even asked already for the API credentials, but I didn’t understand their answer. You can read below:

Bei diesem Produkt findet die Authorization nicht über Credentials, sondern über die verwendete Portokasse statt. Falls Sie zusätzlich Kilotarifprodukte nutzen möchten, muss Ihre EKP sowie die verwendete Portokasse bei uns explizit freigeschaltet werden. Für die Nutzung von Einzeltarifprodukten ist hingegen keine separate Freischaltung notwendig.

What country is your webshop based in? Deutsche post is enabled for most European countries.

In the mail that I wrote above it was written Berlin btw. I have copied and pasted the email that Deutsche Post answered.
It would be nice if you could answer straight to the point because it looks we are only wasting time.
1. I asked if I can use the plugin with using Deutsche Post and not DHL. I use to send warenpost. And I am based in Germany.
2. You wrote in your plugin that we need EKP and API Credentials. I asked how we can get these API. In the meantime I was waiting for your answer, which still was not responded, I wrote to Deutsche Post and they answer that they don’t have API credentials.
So, who can help with this ?
I do not believe you can use warenpost with Deutsche Post, but rather DHL Paket Business – https://www.dhl.de/en/geschaeftskunden/paket/kunde-werden/angebot-dhl-geschaeftskunden-online.html. You would have to create an account there.
