    How do we set up the API goal in Infusionsoft?

    I presume the name that we give in the Gravity Forms will be the goal name.

    Yes, that’s correct.

    Configure the campaign goal in the campaign builder. The name is case-sensitive.

    What is the integration name for the Infusionsoft API Goal?

    I’m assuming the call name is what is set up in Gravity Forms.

    Hi Scott,
    Sorry for the delay.
    The integration name is the Infusionsoft app ID; which the campaign builder’s goal configuration tool should fill-in automatically. If it’s not auto-filled, please contact Infusionsoft tech support.

    You can find the integration name in the leftmost section of the Infusionsoft url. For example, dr336 is the integration name for dr336.infusionsoft.com

    The plugin does not need to know the integration name. It only needs to know the goal name.
