I undestand the plugin is a few days old.
I’m still testing your plugin and I like it so far. I’ll like to be able to print tickets for customers on demand i.e when a customer purchases a ticket at our outlets, the ticket must be printed there. How soon can you implement that customization?

Thank you for writing to us. in our pro version we have customer registration form, where you can get customer Name and phone or any other information that you like. so for this ticket printing option, first of all, you have to buy our pro version plugin and 2nd requirement that you asked printing pdf ticket print for your customer, that we can implement it for you as free. you have to allow us 2 working day for this customization.

I’ll buy the pro version next week and also give the API from the bus company as soon as I get it.
So basically this how I want my system to work:
1. customer searches availability> your plugin connects to the bus system via API to check availability> customer purchases ticket> payment is processed on our website via woocommerce> PDF ticket is emailed to customer immediately after payment is successful> the number of available seats for the particular bus is reduced on our site. So the number of seats available is dependent on the number of seats available at the clients’ system.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
