API Integration: Error after authorizing plugin in Salesforce

I’m using Salesforce Enterprise Edition, and added the code in my theme’s functions.php file as directed. Using API setup, and after Salesforce asked to authorize the plugin it tried to retrn to my site but I just got the following errors on the screen:

**EDIT** I went back a few minutes later and in the Salesforce plugin settings it says the authorization was successful. I set up a feed and submitted a form but haven’t seen the new Lead in salesforce.
