@inutrition I believe everyone is getting that. It appears they’re having some significant problems, even their website is messed up and having issues.
It’s been giving me that problem since about 5pm yesterday. I was hoping it’d be fixed by the morning but apparently not.
Just confirming that we are having trouble since yesterday as well. Unfortunately the timing of this is impeccable as we are in the middle of migrating with a large amount of image optimization.
First of all we want to apologize you all for this issue!
We’ve experienced high load and our infrastructure had trouble dealing with it 🙁
We worked hard around the clock and after some 30 hours the infrastructure was scaled up and everything got back to normal.
We’re making sure we’re reorganizing things internally so this kind of issue won’t ever happen again and in the future we’ll be able to scale up quickly and transparently for the end user.
