I am sorry to read about your issue. Since you have contacted us via email, we have replied to your ticket already via email. Here is our response:
Would you be able to start afresh? That is usually the best way around this type of issue. You can:
1) Deactivate the plugin.
2) Delete all the settings from the wp_options table where the option_name starts with anr_ (these are the plugin’s settings)
3) Reactivate the plugin and reconfigure it.
