API key may be invalid

Hello, install the plugin, create the account, I create an API in extras, but when I put it in the plugin API field and I give it to save, it gives me this message:

“Unauthorizedey may be invalid, or you’ve attempted to access the wrong datacenter.”

I’m looking for information on google but I do not see anything that solves me.
