That error is coming directly from Apple News, not this plugin, so I would recommend checking the following:
1) Ensure your Apple News account is active on iCloud (you have gone through the approval process and received approval, and your account has not been suspended or disabled).
2) Ensure that all three pieces of information (Channel ID, API Key ID, and API Key Secret) are properly filled out in the correct location in Apple News > Settings and that you click the Save Changes button afterward. Make sure that, if you are copy/pasting these values, that you aren’t accidentally copying additional spaces, returns, quotes, etc.

Hello Kevin,
Thank you very much for posting.
I have reached out to apple support already, but we haven’t figured the issue yet.
The thing is that I am able to publish articles from the Apple News manually though. But API keys don’t seem to be working…
I am new amin of the site I am trying to set up Apple News for. So we have been using this plugin before and it was working fine, I see a lot of our articles published from our website in the past year.
Maybe the plugin is till reading old API keys and isn’t updating to the new ones? I have replaced the Secret Key on Apple News several times.

I fixed the issue.
I was not copy pasting the API keys in the right order.
Thanks for helping out!
Hello,
Please suggest me how to generate apple news API – Channel ID, API Key ID, and API Key Secret?
