But now there’s another bug. The map field drop-downs are blank. Here’s a screenshot:

Do you have a field of email type in your form?
If I select the blank options, it still works. I tested it and the form fields were submitted to Sendgrid correctly.
It’s just that the dropdown options are blank.

Are you using placeholder-only fields by a chance? The labels used on the field dropdowns come from the field labels or admin labels.
