    Hello there,

This can be happening because of a number of reasons.

First review the form setting and save it even if no changes are to be made.
Then make sure you are entering the right MadMimi email and API key into the respective fields in Optin Cat. Also generate a new API key from MadMimi and check if the issue perists. Then after entering an API key make sure you are getting a green check mark and not a red X mark besides the API key field.
After that you should have a dorpdown of lists appearing below the API key field. Make sure you have built a list before into the MadMimi account and select that list name from the dropdown. After that hit save and check if the issue perists.

If it does, then there might be a conflict in between Optin Cat and another piece of software. I ‘ll give you the conflict isolation steps once you confirm following all the above steps did’t not make it work.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks.
