API keys activation does not work

1. Download, setup and activate theme Sento Pro (purchased in whole theme pack).
2. Copy API License Key and API License Email from here – http://www.thinkupthemes.com/my-account/api-keys/
3. Insert Key and Email into fields at http://hr-usluga.ru/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=sentopro_dashboard
4. Save changes and got the error messages:API License Key Activated.
Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.
API License Key Activated.
Invalid Request.The only idea I have – my account email ([email protected]) different from wife’s account ([email protected]) which used to pay Members Fee. Maybe such difference does matter and produce error?
Please help me to resolve activation error
