I’ve added the chatbot API to my website but it only works on laptops, if I try and use it on a mobile device there’s no response to any queries – using Chrome browser on both laptop and mobile. I’ve asked a few friends and they have the same issue – fine on laptop but not mobile. Any ideas?

    Hi @donniedarkouk,

There was an issue with the Send button which, I guess, was used on mobile 🙂 Please try the latest version (1.6.53). That should fixes it.

@tigroumeow I have the same problem , there are no responses on mobile the timer on the button just keeps on going , it also happens on PC somewhat frequently.
Can you explain the solution more ? there are no updates to the plugin yet and the latest version 1.6.53 of what should we try ?

Thank you and amazing plugin by the way !

EDIT : I have updated the plugin it now works fine thank you , I was looking at the wrong plugin and got mixed up

Thanks @tigroumeow – it now works!

However, I’ve run into a new problem – I cannot seem to make any changes in the “Chatbots” tab (eg switching between model of chatbot etc). It worked for me in the previous version.

You mean when you click on tabs of different chatbots @donniedarkouk? What does happen? Can you check your Dev Console?

@tigroumeow I mean when I try and change any setting under the chatbot tab, eg anything in main settings, visual settings or AI settings – it just gets stuck on a loading screen until I refresh the page or click on another tab, and it doesn’t make the change

That’s strange, can you have a look at the dev console for JS errors ?

I’ve just tried it from my macbook and it works OK – probably something just got cached in my windows laptop, I’ll let you know if I encounter the same problem after rebooting etc
