Pls help us we have over 500 products and cant change all the pictures manually..
I would think that WECLAPP support would be better suited for this if you have a valid license. Have you contacted them?
@serafinnyc weclapp support wrote us that its a problem with woocommerce and not with their system thats why we are here.
LOL sounds more like they don’t want to deal with it. That’s just not right. WC isn’t responsible for their software. Is there a URL on WooCommerce website for this or did you integrate thru API?
Seeing as I can’t see any plugin I’m thinking the latter.

@serafinnyc Yeah i thought something like that too. Its integrated thru API.
I’m not sure but have you disabled all your other plugins? Checked your API Key? Maybe create a new one?

I agree with Stef here – this integration will be via the API as you said, therefore if the API isn’t working, then it is a WooCommerce issue.
However, if the API POST request is wrong then this will be why the order of the images is wrong.
On a basic level, WooCommerce is only doing what the ERP system is telling it to do.
Whatever the first image listed in the images data in the PUT or POST request will be used as the main image.
Full REST API details can be found here – https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#products
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
Thanks,
