    Hi @joanna-m,

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry you received that error.

Would you be able to try disconnecting MonsterInsights first before reconnecting with Google Analytics?

    Please try these steps:

    1. Log into your wp-admin
    2. Go to Insights » Settings » Google Authentication
    3. Click on Disconnect MonsterInsights. Here’s how to find it: https://a.supportally.com/i/jrrpy0
    4. Note: You might need to do this step twice if it shows an error the first time, and that’s okay, it should work on the second try.
    5. Now you should get a success message saying you’ve successfully disconnected.
    6. While fully disconnected, go ahead and connect MonsterInsights again as you had it previously.

If you are unsure of how to reconnect MonsterInsights to Google Analytics, please check the link below:

    https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/connect-google-analytics/

I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.

    Thanks!
