Would you be able to try disconnecting MonsterInsights first before reconnecting with Google Analytics?
Please try these steps:
- Log into your wp-admin
- Go to Insights » Settings » Google Authentication
- Click on Disconnect MonsterInsights. Here’s how to find it: https://a.supportally.com/i/jrrpy0
- Note: You might need to do this step twice if it shows an error the first time, and that’s okay, it should work on the second try.
- Now you should get a success message saying you’ve successfully disconnected.
- While fully disconnected, go ahead and connect MonsterInsights again as you had it previously.
