Hi, I am having the same issue as the previous user, i am not as tech savvy – but i did create a demo site to replicate my account- Using UPS Live Rates and Access Points which is currently working but OAuth is not. Plug in versions i have of UPS Live Rates and Access Points is 3.2.2 and UPS Live Rates and Access Points PRO is 3.2.2

On WooCommerce I am currently using UPS Live Ratesand Access Points with UPS Live Rates. The shipping rates shows only with the XML API (Legacy) where I enter my UPS ID, password and Account number. If I switch to Rest API and Auth Code, Save Changes and then Authorize (it sends me to log in to UPS with User/PWD….I get the Error Message for API Status: 250002: Invalid Authentication Information

I did Purchase UPS Live Rates and Access Points PRO from Octolize (currently disabled since i can only get this non pro version to actually work on my site for some reason.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @aneilm149 ,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I’ll be happy to assist you.

To resolve connection problems, please consider switching to the Client Credentials feature: https://octolize.com/docs/article/ups-general-settings/#oauth-rest-api-own-application

It should handle this issue and your connection will be working properly.

Important: We noticed that there is a problem with adding ‘Authorization (OAuth)’, ‘Rating’, ‘Address Validation’, ‘Locator’ applications on the UPS website. These applications are needed for the correct operation of the connection and if you don’t see them during creation, please create the application without them and add them already after creating the application through editing.
    Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter the application you created and hit ‘Edit App’ button
    https://developer.ups.com/apps

Step 2: Add ‘Authorization (OAuth)’ ‘Rating’, ‘Address Validation’, ‘Locator’ applications using the plus button

Step 3: Select ‘Authorization Type: Client credentials’ and hit ‘Save changes’ button

That’s it, now everything should work smoothly.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or if the issue continues after trying the above step.
    Best regards,

Hi @kubapawlik, I did follow the detailed instructions from your website and retrieved the information your shared about going onto the UPS site and making sure we had “Rating, Address Validation, Locator and Authorization) and everything worked. We received an order online yesterday and everything worked fine for shipping. Last night seems that it stopped providing a shipping rate and only in store pick up. We had to refund a large customer order because the customer purchased at in-store pick up rate…since shipping options did not show up. Can you tell me what adjustments might be needed for the rates to show?

For your information we do have Apps for WooCommerce and Octolize- currently using Octolizes credentials for UPS Live Rates.

The website is saying “No shipping options were found for” customer address
