I checked on my own and everything works properly. Please make sure that your credentials have been provided properly to the fields. If you will still experience the problem, please contact FedEx, they will need check is the credentials are activated on their side.

As we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
Just got my Test API Account from Fedex. When I tried to set it up, I am also getting an Internal API error. What should I do? Thanks!
It took almost 36 hours for my account to become active within FedEx and this error went away. Sucks but just wait…
