api.ww.wp.xz.cn extension

The ww.wp.xz.cn API allows pulling info on a specific plugin through http://api.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/info/1.0/plugin_name, but not info on a specific developer. I’d love to be able to pull a live list of active plugins/themes for a specific developer either through the api or a feed.
