apostrophe reverts to code

Hello, really appreciate the plugin. A couple of things I’m running into.

1) when tweeting, apostrophe is replaced with the code (’). Is there a fix for this?

2) When sharing the quote to Facebook, the quote is not posted, only the link. Did I miss a step?
