App review – Sign Contract problem

Hello,

I have a problem with last step Verify Your Business with part of Sign Contract.

I have a one man business so I am the owner. I choose:

– send contract to business signatory, then I fill my name, “company owner” for job title and my email
– after submit I receive Supplemental Terms that I confirm

However, as result I receive a alert message: The contract signature is not valid. As a result, your Supplemental Terms contract was not accepted. Please enter the name and email of a person who is authorized to sign contracts on behalf of your business and resubmit.

I try to fill another name of my friend who is autorised to sign but I receive same result.

Can you help me?

Facebook ask you to verify your identity as a business or as an individual. So you can submit app for individual verification.

Verification Steps:
If you are given the option to complete individual verification, you will be asked to:
1. Provide an email address where you can receive, review, and submit a contract
2. Upload an image copy of an ID or document that satisfies these requirements
3. Agree to Faceboook supplemental terms
We will update the documents with individual verification steps,after Facebook approve our app with individual verification.

Still have a problem with this step. How to start “individual verification”? I submit “publish_pages” and “manage_pages” to review. After review is complete facebook require business verification. There is no possibility of individual verification.

The Facebook documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/apps/review/#individual-verification specifically says about individual verification process,but there isn’t any reference or examples.
And also we haven’t tested this option yet.
