Apparently unsupported?

Seems like the product is unsupported from the dev team – so issues that come up OFTEN in the help forum (e.g. search not working) go unanswered for months and months. a shame, because it’s otherwise a good plugin.

oh, and to the point, searching for the Q&A doesn’t seem to work… have a look through the support forum to see the number of times it’s been listed as broken without any actionable responses.
