Hello!

This is a great cookie plugin but I wanted to ask you how I can make it to appear after I scrolled to a certain point and not from the beginning when the site loads.

Also, what’s the CSS I could use to make the box transparent?

Hi,
Regading first question – there’s no such functionality. The scroll option is for cookie acceptance, not appearing.
Regarding the second one – only a bit of CSS is needed on the #cookie-notice element and a bit of googling https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5135019/css-opacity-only-to-background-color-not-the-text-on-it.
