Appearance > Customize

    I’m new to wordpress and i need to update some content on our website however when i click appearance > customize it comes up with the following screen (Click Here) Please could someone advise on how i can get the customize options back? I apologise if this has been covered before, but thankyou in advance.

    Thankyou all for your useful advice. Upon further investigation I have discovered that the displayed ‘subpages extended’ when clicking on customize has the following message under the plugin section…

    Warning: This plugin has not been marked as compatible with your version of WordPress.

    Would you say this is the reason why the customize page isn’t displaying and is the reason why I see this message?
