    Hi!

When I try to customize my theme (oceanWP) via Appearance – > Customize, it only shows me Widgets and nothing else. I wonder what’s going on because it worked well before? Plugins shouldn’t be a problem because I haven’t installed or upgraded any additional ones.

I tried to activate one of the other themes and it worked well, which I can’t say for OceanWP.

I’m a bit frustrated because I’ve just started with my website so it’s still “under construction”.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Try to follow the below steps and see it fixes the issue or not.
    1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
    2. Increase the memory limit to 512M or higher – https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php
    3. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra and check it works or not
    4. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version

That’s odd. Try to disable all the plugin. Disable cache/security/performance plugin if there is any. It should work. If it doesn’t work, please try to contact your host provider.
