Appearance Is Accessible

Hi, I run a wordpress multisite with 10 installs (sub sites), thus, 10 editors for each respective sub site. The only extra thing I would like these ‘editors’ to have access to is the ‘Menus’ button so that they can change their menu without myself having to be involved. Unfortunately, despite my efforts, it seems that the ‘Appearance’ button (that goes to theme customizer) is available to all editors. Is there any way to disable access to the Appearance button but still have access to the Menus button? Thanks
