Appearance not implementing

    Hello,
    I purchased Kale Pro and overall am very happy with it but… Under Appearance> Customize I have a header image and fonts/ colors selected. It’s been over a month now and still my website has not refreshed to my selections. The header image is a small grey block and the fonts and colors are the theme’s original.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    I would like to give you a hand on this issue, but I would need to know your website URL to inspect the page and see if there are some issues visible inside the browser’s console log.

    It would be even better if you could submit the ticket message at

      • . I would also need an temporary WP admin access to inspect everything, so it’s would be best if you could submit the ticket there.
