Append Text to Posts by Category

    I’m a little shaky with my coding knowledge, but I was looking for a way to automatically append text to the bottom of a post depending on it’s category.

    For example, on a travel site I run, for posts that are in the “Annual Events” category, I would like to add the text to the bottom of all the posts in the category that says something like: “For more information about Annual Events in Anywhere, USA, please click here…”

    Can someone please help me with this?
