Hi @livioinformatique,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If Apple Pay is no longer appearing on the product or checkout pages, while Google Pay is still showing, this typically indicates a compatibility issue between your Apple device/browser and the payment provider’s current configuration.
Here are a few things you can check:
- Device & Browser Compatibility
Apple Pay will only appear on supported devices using Safari. Please ensure you’re testing with Safari on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac with a valid Apple Pay setup.
- Payment Gateway Settings
If you’re using Stripe or another gateway to enable Apple Pay, it’s worth rechecking the configuration in your Stripe dashboard — especially under Payment Methods > Wallets — to confirm Apple Pay is still enabled and verified for your domain.
- Theme or Plugin Conflict
Sometimes theme or plugin updates can override or conflict with how payment buttons are displayed. You could temporarily switch to a default theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) and disable non-essential plugins to see if Apple Pay reappears.
If the issue started after a recent plugin update, feel free to let us know the exact plugin and version so we can look into any recent changes affecting this behavior.
Let me know how it goes — happy to assist further!
Best regards,
