Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out and reporting this issue with Apple Pay via Stripe.
To help us investigate further, could you please share the following:
- A link to your site where Apple Pay is enabled, so we can observe the behavior directly.
- Your site’s System Status Report (found under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support).
Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

Hi @milkod2001 ,
Thanks so much for getting back to us!
I ran a quick test on my end, and it looks like Apple Pay is working as expected — here’s a screenshot for reference: https://snipboard.io/paUzLe.jpg.
Could you let us know what you’re seeing on your side? For example, does the Apple Pay popup crash or simply not appear at all? If you’re experiencing something different, we’d love to understand exactly what’s happening.
Also, have you had a chance to try it in a different browser or in a private/incognito window to see if the issue can be replicated there? Sometimes browser extensions or cached data can get in the way, so it’s a good way to rule that out.
When you get a moment, feel free to check and let us know what you find!
Hi, That’s good news it works on your end. See video to understand issue better please.

After clicking on Apple pay it seems like pop up with this payment never opens. Something is blocking it, no idea what. And we have actually very same issue on other 2 websites where Apple pay doen’t open while G Pay is just fine.
Any idea what could be causing isssues.
Hi @milkod2001,
Thanks for sharing the screen recording — that’s really helpful!
I have also tested it, and it works as expected on my end as well. Since Apple Pay is working as expected on our end, the issue is likely related to something on the browser side. I’d suggest trying the following:
- Clear your browser cache
- Disable any extensions related to ad blockers or popup blockers
- Try using an incognito/private browsing window
Let us know if the issue continues after that
