    Good day,

Is it possible in free plugin that applicants required to login first before applying a job from the listing? Also, the applicants once they want to apply the specific job, their information from the registration of their account will be sent out to the admin who create the job. It will serve as their application form once they click the apply now button.

  • Hi @ams05,

You can set it so that users are not able to view jobs without being logged in. In the Job Listings > Settings, there is an option for Job Visibility that has a Browse Job and View Job Capability option. You can set those to the user types that you want to be able to view, but you will need to add every user type. For instance, if you just set it to candidate, users of the Employer type won’t be able to view the Jobs page.

There is not an option to use the information from the registered user as part of the application by default. The core WP Job Manager plugin includes the options to apply by email, or apply by URL. For Apply by Email it will provide an email address for the applicants to email to apply. In the URL option, the job lister will need to provide a URL that has the job application. If that is a page on your site, you could use custom code or a third party plugin to autofill some of those details on the form.
