Ok, I see your issue. The reason why all that info is in your email has to do with how you have your Application Template set-up. (App Form Settings)

If there is a form item you want excluded, make sure you (check the appropriate field) “Block this Field from Application Emails”

Additionally, you can add spacing by using blank Spaces in your form fields.

    Hope this helps.

I know why all of the info is there, I need to know how to fix why it is all bunched together on a few lines line

the high lightened area has 10 different questions in it, I would like to have them all on their own lines like the rest of the email that is sent out.

    As I suggested earlier

The email that is sent is NOT FORMATTED HTML, it’s plain text. Most users don’t have the entire form emailed to them. Rather they use it as a mobile alert that they have an applicant and then they use the link to view the details. In this manner they use short fields of info: Name, Email, Phone Number etc….not the entire form and that’s why your seeing data bunched together.

We are looking at future option of allowing attachments DL vs a link and we will look at formatting, possibly even a mobile mode.

yeah we wanted the whole thing so that we didn’t have to keep track of setting up users and resetting their passwords everyday when they forgot them, also so that a manager can just forward the notification to whom ever whether they have an account setup or not. I will try the spacing and se how that goes, thank you for the help.
