I want to add the phone number at the “Application email/URL field”?
Or add a phone field but make the “Application email/URL” field optional

Can you help me with this issue?

Although it’s possible to do this, we don’t have a tutorial snippets to show you how to do it, I’m afraid.

This in particular would require more than just a snnippet to effect.

This third-party plugin (which I use and is excellent) will allow you to modify (or add or remove) the fields without coding: https://plugins.smyl.es/wp-job-manager-field-editor/
