Hello @lanceadam,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Are you creating form fields in settings? If yes then settings fields only populate to a job detail if you are creating a new job. Please first create form fields in settings and then create a new job.
Thank you for reaching us out. Let us know if we can assist you further.
Regards,
Hi Press Tigers, yes I had created a set of default fields in settings. When I create a new job, the fields are in the admin, but they don’t appear on the front-end page.
Alos, if I manually add fields on an individual job, the fields don’t appear on the front-end either.
I can easily get fields in the admin, but they don’t show up on the job page.
Can you please specify the template which you are trying to modify?
I don’t understand sorry? I am not modifying a template??
In the admin settings, this is the config:
Job page layout = SJB Layout
Theme Options = Classic Layout
Hi are you able to provide any update on this please?
Looks like you’ve made some changes to the job-application.php template in one of your recent updates..
maybe these:
2.9.3 – Fix – Resolved the job application & features saving issue in case of new job.
2.9.2 – Fix – Reverted changes for Job Features and Application Form Field.
I updated my job-application.php template (merged in your updates) and the form is loading again.
Might be a good idea to inform users when you you make changes to the template files??
Hello @lanceadam,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
We mentioned all changes in the changelog but we have also noted down your suggestion for notifying users of the template update through version number.
