Application is still sometimes missing compulsory attachment

Hi there,

My topic here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/application-without-compulsory-attachment/ was closed but the problem remains.

I sometimes receive applications without attached file. Sometimes it’s just missing in the e-mail and I find it on the WP admin but some other times it’s nowhere.
Everything is explained in the first topic and there’s a list of other topics speaking about it.

I did a search again but didn’t find any new topic with a solution.

Hope to have some help or better a fix on this problem!
