    We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve had this experience with our plugin. wpDataTables is built to offer a lot of flexibility and features, but we understand it can feel overwhelming at first — especially if something doesn’t work exactly as expected.

    Regarding support — we genuinely do our best to assist every user, but we weren’t able to find any support request under your name in our system. We did recently experience an issue with our main ticketing platform and have since transitioned to a new, more reliable system. You can now reach our main support agents directly via the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of our main site.

    In regard to the original ticket, could you please share the ticket ID or a direct link? We’ll gladly look into it and make sure it gets the attention it deserves.
