initially the apply now button completely disappeared. I uninstalled and reinstalled the plug in, recreated my job and application. The apply now button came back but the application does not appear. Can you help?

It appears that your installation is showing multiple installations of Job Manager. This has created remnants and quite possibly other Data Base errors.

I highly suggest you follow the instructions we put together for those that migrated from earlier version of JM. You need to clean up your data base.
