• I am trying to troubleshoot this issue for my client, they installed the plugin and trying to figure out where the issue may lay. When someone submits an application it always states:

    Thank you for your application. While your application doesn’t fit our current requirements, please contact us directly to see if we have other positions available.

    It never saves the form to the APPLICATIONS area. It is located here: http://parcomllc.com/jobs

    That message is part of the JM logic for checking the data submitted in the form against the the form fields, as you have them set-up on the admin side.

    You should double check ALL you application form fields and ensure that you don’t have any hidden spaces etc on the back-end.

    Start with a Simple Form (recommend the default) then start adding fields as you check that everything is working. When you put data into your Application – Front – End, ensure you have cleared cache and do not paste the data into the fields as this can add extra characters you may have copied but not observed. 99% of the time that’s the issue.

    The next update to JM will have these Filter variables addressed in an FAQ.
