    Whatever the way to connect (by clicking on the result of a google request or by entering the address) on the site: [ redundant link removed ] and that regardless of the terminal used (smartphone, tablet or computer).

    In response I get a popup and Firefox asks me, inside this popup, if I want to open or download it!

    Que puis-je faire ?
    pouvez-vous m’aider ?

    You probably should talk to your web host about that problem.

    Was this a new install or were you ‘working on something’ within the site when this problem started?

    I connected with FileZilla without modifying a file on the server … At least, from my point of view!
    and since yesterday, impossible to access it.
